Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role titled "Executive Security Expert Hacked.com". You will be responsible for day-to-day support activities, providing technical support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues. You will recover hacked accounts, help secure online accounts, and one of the most important tasks is to help clients calm down and relieve them of stress.

Excellent analytical skills
Ability to provide high levels of customer satisfaction
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Technical support experience
Cybersecurity background
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Ability to work independently and remotely
A Master’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field

Minimum Work Hours: 30 hours per week.

Work schedule: You can decide yourself when you want to work as long as you have at least 4 consecutive work days per week with a minimum of 3 hours per day. We would also like you to cover a few hours every other weekend at 1.5x your hourly rate.

Two weeks of paid training followed by a one-month probation period.
