About the Role:

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Lead to take ownership of their advanced manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and can drive efficiency, quality, and innovation in a high-tech production setting.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and coordinate the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time project delivery.
2. Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
3. Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and optimize productivity.
4. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
5. Work closely with engineering and design teams to enhance manufacturability and introduce cutting-edge process improvements.
6. Analyse production data and KPIs, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing strategic solutions.
7. Manage supply chain logistics, ensuring seamless material availability and workflow continuity.
8. Troubleshoot production challenges, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally in high-tech construction, precision engineering, or advanced fabrication.
2. Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.
3. Proven ability to manage and develop teams in a hands-on, fast-paced production setting.
4. Strong understanding of automation, CNC machinery, or advanced manufacturing technologies is a plus.
5. Track record of implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and quality.
6. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
7. In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and commitment to maintaining best practices.
