Responsibilities:
  1. Identifying and developing unregulated bridging loan opportunities from brokers in London and the South East.
  2. Achieving monthly target completions of £1.5m.
  3. Providing exceptional service to broker accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
  4. Attending meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  5. Acting as a brand ambassador and promoting the client's values.
  6. Preparing and executing account management plans.
  7. Collaborating with internal underwriters to support new enquiries.
  8. Organising and participating in networking events and seminars.
  9. Conducting market research to identify trends and assess risks.

Package and Benefits:
