IN A NUTSHELL

We are looking for a Loyalty Manager to join our team here at Bulk - a CRM specialist who is passionate about designing unique advocacy experiences, leveraging data for strategic decisions, and delivering impactful campaign reports.

Reporting to the Head of Loyalty and Retention, you will manage and develop end-to-end Loyalty programmes for existing customers, collaborating cross-functionally with teammates to implement strategies for business growth and to improve retention.

This is an opportunity to take the lead in strategic planning, execution, and reporting of the Loyalty CRM plan, focused on driving revenue growth and long-term customer retention.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Manage an Email Marketing Executive, develop best-in-class Retention strategies, and launch Loyalty lifecycle programmes guided by insights, customer research, and data.
  • Launch and optimise a Loyalty program tailored for our most valuable customers, to increase long-term retention, and revenue growth and improve customer experiences.
  • Own and drive the test-and-learn agenda for the team, crafting and delivering targeted messages that resonate with existing customers, driving engagement, Loyalty, and customer lifetime value.
  • Harness customer data to guide decision-making processes, continually optimising CRM initiatives for maximum effectiveness and ROI.
  • Produce regular performance reports, offering insights and recommendations to all teams and various stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Serve as a pivotal business partner and advocate for the consumer, consistently seeking to enhance the customer experience.
  • Foster relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments to exceed CRM objectives.
  • Remain abreast of industry trends and Retention best practices, actively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Develop handbooks and documentation to ensure that insights are readily accessible, creating a sustainable repository for long-term learnings.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • (Roughly!) 5 years of demonstrated experience in CRM and customer retention, with a previous experience on Loyalty.
  • Demonstrates robust analytical skills, adeptly interpreting data to drive impactful strategic decisions that propel Bulk's growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver results.
  • Excels in stakeholder and project management, ensuring a balance of meticulous attention to detail and swift execution.
  • Advanced communication, organisational, and prioritisation skills to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Leads by example in line management, coaching and developing our CRM executive to meet and exceed performance goals, fostering a vibrant and collaborative workplace culture.
  • A confident presenter, skilled in crafting compelling narratives to effectively engage stakeholders at every level.
  • Thrives in fast-paced and changing environments, always finding a way to navigate complex situations without hesitation.
  • Cultivates curiosity and embraces outside-the-box thinking to approach problems creatively.
  • Passion for the sports, fitness, and nutrition world.

LOCATION: London
HYBRID: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
