Reports To: Reservation Manager
Relevant Experience: 3 years
Job Scope
To ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times. To complete all relevant procedures in relation to the respective department as laid down by the company. Provides the desired work culture around our company values.
Working within the Reservations Team, this position has responsibility for handling and managing bookings from the contract stage to event itself, working to assist with, at a minimum, delivery of budgeted revenues. The Reservations Agent must demonstrate high levels and provide consistently high levels of customer service.
