The Role

As a social worker in this team, you will work with people over the age of 18 with a diverse range of care and support needs.

1. You will manage a caseload requiring complex assessment and creative care and support planning.
2. Up-to-date registration with the appropriate professional body, Social Work England, is required.
3. Through excellent opportunities for training and development, including a comprehensive induction, you will receive the support you need and recognition for your good work.

This role is linked to assessments of individuals in care homes across London, and a work base will be discussed at the interview.

There is an expectation that the successful applicant will travel to various locations in and around London to undertake Short-Term Pathways work.

The ability to travel across a wide geographical area in a timely and flexible manner at various times of the day is essential.
