Location: Notting Hill Gate, London

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (flexibility required for urgent client requests)

As part of their commitment to delivering an elite concierge-level service, they are seeking an experienced Senior Luxury Travel Consultant to join their team. This role requires a highly skilled professional who is fluent in Russian and English, with deep expertise in the luxury travel market and a proven ability to manage high-profile clientele with discretion, efficiency, and excellence.

Role Overview

As a Senior Luxury Travel Consultant, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end client travel arrangements, ensuring each itinerary is meticulously crafted and executed to the highest standards. Acting as the primary contact for UHNW clients, this individual will handle requests, prepare bespoke quotes, finalize bookings, and oversee the entire client journey—before, during, and after their travels.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage high-pressure situations with discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a client-centric mindset, capable of anticipating and fulfilling the unique expectations of UHNW individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for UHNW clients, handling travel inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
  • Understand client requirements, curate tailor-made itineraries, and provide expert recommendations based on luxury travel trends.
  • Prepare detailed travel proposals and quotes, either independently or in collaboration with the travel team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of luxury travel, including flights, private jets, yachts, hotels, private villas, transfers, and bespoke experiences.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalised and seamless travel experience.
  • Handle urgent client requests and modifications, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.
  • Oversee the entire client journey, from initial consultation to post-trip follow-up, ensuring all expectations are exceeded.
  • Work closely with luxury DMCs, hotel partners, and service providers to secure exclusive offerings for clients.
  • Utilise Microsoft Word, email, and travel CRM systems to manage bookings and client communications.
  • Demonstrate the ability to problem-solve and remain composed under pressure, ensuring all travel logistics are handled with precision.
  • Be available for urgent client inquiries outside working hours for emergencies or payment-related matters.

Candidate Profile

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken) – essential for effective communication with an international clientele.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in luxury travel consulting, ideally within a high-end tour operator, concierge service, or travel agency.
  • Extensive knowledge of the global luxury travel market, including premium hotels, private aviation, yacht charters, and exclusive experiences.
  • Proven track record in sales and account management, with a strong ability to convert inquiries into bookings.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating discretion, professionalism, and the ability to build strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with VIP clients, suppliers, and travel partners.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple bookings and prioritising client requests efficiently.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, ensuring accurate and organised record-keeping.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex travel arrangements with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with UHNW clients in a luxury travel or concierge environment.
  • Established industry connections with high-end DMCs, hoteliers, and private travel service providers.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus but not required.
