  4. Ensure quality assurance and mentor junior staff
What You’ll Need
  1. Experience in construction, compliance, or health & safety
  2. Strong knowledge of Building Regulations & Building Safety Act 2022
  3. Degree in Architecture, Building Surveying, or Construction Management
  4. Membership in RICS, CABE, RIBA, CIAT, BSCF, or CIOB
