Are you a strategic HR leader looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, global FMCG business? I am seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to drive HR strategies, influence leadership teams, and support our business through transformational change.
About the Role
As Senior HR Business Partner, you will align HR and business objectives with leadership teams across key strategic functions. You will work closely with our HR Centres of Excellence (CoE) to deliver high-impact HR solutions that support our people and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and functional goals.
- Partner with leadership teams to drive our HR People Strategy.
- Collaborate with global HQ teams to deliver key initiatives, including team structures and senior talent plans.
- Talent Management
- Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
- Implement and manage functional succession plans to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
- Employee Relations
- Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations cases.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, local labour laws, and cultural norms.
- Performance Management
- Manage and enhance performance management systems and processes.
- Align performance metrics with affiliate and function objectives.
- Transformation & Change Management
- Lead organisational development and change initiatives in partnership with HQ and leadership teams.
- Drive local and global transformation projects aligned with business strategy.
- Financial & Data Analytics
- Utilise HR data and analytics to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage headcount forecasting and budgets aligned with business plans.
- Leadership
- Mentor and work closely with People Partners to deliver a tailored operational HR service.
- Share industry best practices and insights across the HR community.
- Diversity & Inclusion
- Promote and manage diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Build knowledge and understanding of the global D&I strategy and priorities.
Key Relationships
Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering, you will work closely with CoE HR Directors, People Partners, and the broader HR function. You will also collaborate with Business Function Directors and their leadership teams, as well as industry experts to stay ahead of sector trends and best practices.
