Job Description:
The purpose of this role is to provide expert HR and commercial knowledge to partner strategically with the business within Functions. The role is aligned to the business’ values and business strategy and achieves commercial goals through the delivery and implementation of people strategies.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK Functions HR team supporting the HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Legal departments. As the function continues to evolve their operating model, there will be significant change which the Senior HR BP will project manage and lead.
