You'll be involved across all RIBA stages, collaborating with clients, consultants, and colleagues to deliver high-quality design and technical solutions. What you’ll be doing:

1. Working on technical design and project delivery across multiple RIBA stages.
2. Managing and mentoring a small team, ensuring high-quality outputs.
3. Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
4. Overseeing technical design packages, ensuring compliance with UK Building and Planning regulations.
5. Contributing to practice-wide technical leadership and knowledge sharing.

What we’re looking for:

1. A strong career history working as a Project Architect.
2. RIBA/ARB qualification.
3. Strong technical and detailing skills, with expertise in AutoCAD & Revit.
4. A solid understanding of UK regulations and experience across RIBA stages 3-7.
5. Ability to mentor and manage a team.
6. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
7. Experience in conservation projects is a plus but not essential.
