Job description

The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

The Role

As an Events Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in securing and coordinating exceptional events at The Chancery Rosewood. With a passion for luxury hospitality and outstanding attention to detail, you will engage with clients, create tailored event proposals, and ensure seamless execution from initial inquiry to final delivery. Your role will drive revenue and brand excellence, making every occasion at The Chancery Rosewood truly unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and private clients, generating event sales opportunities.
  2. Handle event inquiries, prepare proposals, and conduct site visits to showcase the hotel’s event spaces.
  3. Work closely with internal teams to coordinate event details, ensuring a flawless guest experience.
  4. Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing initiatives to attract new business.
  5. Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and revenue reports to track performance.

About You

  1. Experience in events sales, hospitality sales, or a similar client-facing role within luxury hospitality.
  2. A strong sales-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  3. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple events and clients simultaneously.
  4. A proactive and results-driven approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
