Regional Sales Director - PropTech (Multifamily)

Role Overview
As Regional Sales Director, you will lead sales efforts within your region, driving strategic growth and enterprise-level relationships across the multifamily property management sector. This is a high-impact role, blending leadership, strategy development, and business development, with a focus on expanding the company’s footprint in the market.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute a regional sales strategy, aligning with company goals and market trends.
  • Build and maintain a high-value sales pipeline—from prospecting to closing landlord partnerships.
  • Develop deep, multi-stakeholder relationships with owners, operators, and executives across the multifamily sector.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, articulating the company’s value proposition.
  • Lead full client lifecycle management—onboarding, growth within 120 days, and long-term account expansion.
  • Act as a market expert, providing insights and intelligence that shape the company’s go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Client Success, Product, and Executive Leadership) to drive company-wide growth initiatives.
  • Track key sales metrics, ensuring a data-driven approach to strategy and decision-making.
  • Travel up to 50% for client engagement and regional business development.

What They’re Looking For
Experience: 3+ years in a sales leadership role within multifamily, PropTech, or real estate technology.
Proven Performance: Track record of exceeding enterprise sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Leadership: Strong ability to build, mentor, and scale sales teams.
Strategic Thinking: Expertise in regional go-to-market strategies and execution.
Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the multifamily sector, with established relationships and knowledge of housing policies.
Account Growth: Skilled in managing and expanding enterprise accounts.
Sales Mastery: Strong pipeline management, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven sales strategies.
Communication: Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a self-starter attitude.
