As Regional Sales Director for Cosign, you'll spearhead our sales initiatives and drive strategic growth throughout your region. This dynamic role combines leadership, strategy development, and enterprise-level relationship building to expand our revolutionary rent guarantee product within the multifamily property management sector.
We're specifically seeking candidates with exceptional backgrounds in multifamily investment sales, debt/equity consulting, or B2B proptech sales experience. What You’ll Do
As Regional Sales Director, you will drive Cosign’s growth by expanding our footprint, forging enterprise partnerships, and delivering revenue results. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Own and execute a region-specific sales and territory strategy, tailored to market dynamics and aligned with company objectives.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline — from prospecting and lead generation to consistently closing new landlord partnerships.
- Establish and deepen strategic, multi-stakeholder relationships with owners, operators, and decision-makers across the multifamily sector.
- Be the face of Cosign at regional and national industry events.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations that clearly articulate Cosign’s value proposition and drive conversion.
- Lead client lifecycle management — onboarding, expansion within 120 days, and long-term account growth.
- Serve as the regional market expert, continuously gathering and sharing trends, insights, and competitive intelligence to influence go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Client Success, Product, and Executive Leadership, playing a key role in shaping cross-functional initiatives that drive growth.
- Track and report on performance metrics to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Travel up to 50% to strengthen client relationships and execute regional strategy.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a sales leadership role within multifamily, proptech, or related verticals.
- Performance: Demonstrated success exceeding enterprise sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Leadership: Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong track record of developing and executing regional go-to-market strategies.
- Industry Credibility: Deep understanding of the multifamily landscape, with established relationships and knowledge of housing policies.
- Account Growth: Skilled in managing accounts, driving renewals, and expanding client relationships.
- Sales Mastery: Exceptional prospecting, pipeline management, and enterprise closing capabilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales management.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
