The role – lead engineering projects with a global impact

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will take charge of delivering top-tier engineering design solutions from concept through to completion. You’ll be a critical part of Whessoe’s civil and structural department, working on complex, large-scale engineering projects in challenging environmental conditions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead engineering design across a range of projects, ensuring quality from conception to completion
• Prepare technical evaluations, FEED studies, feasibility reports, and review contractor designs
• Design reinforced concrete tanks and other structures for demanding environments
• Oversee project budgeting, CTR estimates, and progress tracking
• Deliver cost-effective design solutions for EPC projects
• Maintain high technical standards and manage design sub-contracts effectively

What we’re looking for:

• Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering
• Strong design experience in heavy civil engineering sectors such as oil and gas, bridges, nuclear, or water-retaining structures
• Skilled in preparing detailed technical reports and evaluations
• A logical thinker with strong commercial awareness, risk management expertise, and time management skills
• Proficient in using industry-standard engineering applications
