Field based role covering South East London region, applicants must be flexible with travel.

Peninsula has a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to work field-based, developing new business (B2B) from scratch, from your initial networking through to closing the deal.

We offer an incredible uncapped commission scheme, with realistic Year 1 earnings of at least £100,000 (Basic salary £30,000 + £30,000 Top up + Commission) along with a fantastic benefits package including a company car (electric vehicle) or £5,000 car allowance.

As a Field-based Business Development Manager, you will be prospecting right through to closing sales opportunities, selling Peninsula's consultancy services, and helping SMEs discover an easier and safer way to manage their staff.
