Residential Support Worker for Children and Young People - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire (Driver Required)
Salary: £25,500
SLEEP IN £55.00 PER SLEEP

They are now seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join their team. After recently opening their first home, my client will be growing considerably in 2025. Role Overview:
You will need to be flexible and happy to work a mixed rota that consists of shifts starting at 7am and ending at 10pm. You would also be required to complete sleep-in shifts.
