Join Our Team as a Residential Support Worker!

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people? We are looking for dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our warm and welcoming residential setting.

Position: Residential Support Worker (RSW)

Salary: £25,500 (Unqualified) / £28,000 (QCF Level 3 qualified)

Sleep in allowance: £55 per sleep in

Location: Wellingborough

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive environment.
  • Assist with daily activities and routines.
  • Support the emotional and social development of residents.
  • Cover up to 7 sleep-ins per month (£55 sleep-in allowance).

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in the children and young people's sector.
  • QCF Level 3 qualification or commitment to achieving this.
  • Driver's licence and own vehicle essential.
