Recognised as a powerhouse within the IT sector, this revolutionary company seeks a seasoned IT Recruitment Manager with a proven track record of partnering with clients to deliver effective recruitment solutions and experience in managing a team.


What's in it for you?

  2. Salary: £45,000 - £55,000, plus on target earnings of £100,000
  3. Hybrid working, 3 days in office and 2 from home

IT Recruitment Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships throughout recruitment campaigns and following successful placements to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  2. Position yourself as an expert in the IT sector by sharing recruitment guidance, best practices and insights with existing and prospective clients.
  3. Liaise with clients to fully understand their recruitment needs, enabling you to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  4. Utilise job boards, social media, networking events, and the CRM to source candidates.
  5. Screen candidates to understand their needs and assess their suitability for jobs.
  6. Identify new business opportunities, building close-knit relationships with decision makers to influence decisions and encourage business.
  7. Create tailored recruitment presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
  8. Negotiate contracts and terms to secure new business.
  9. Lead a team of recruiters, working with the team to set and achieve KPIs.
  10. Collaborate with the wider team to develop and deliver effective recruitment strategies.

IT Recruitment Manager Skills and Experience:

  1. Extensive experience in IT recruitment, confident recruiting for developers, engineers, analysts, cybersecurity specialists and IT project managers.
  2. Demonstrates a good understanding of various IT tools, software, and certifications.
  3. Possesses excellent leadership and managerial skills, able to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
  4. Proven track record of the entire sales cycle, confident in identifying and winning new business, negotiating terms, and closing sales.
  5. Driven and ambitious, with a history of exceeding targets and KPIs.
  6. Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport and close-knit relationships with clients and candidates.
  7. Highly organised, able to manage multiple accounts and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
