Junior Business Analyst (FP&A)
Location: London (Victoria – SW1W 0AU, minimum 4 days per week in office)
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Junior Business Analyst (FP&A), you’ll be at the heart of our finance function, working closely with the Senior Business Analyst and CFO. You’ll be responsible for:

• Crunching the numbers to assist with monthly EBITDA forecasts and annual budgeting.
• Producing and analysing KPIs to drive real business insights.
• Creating clear, accurate monthly reports for our executive team and board.
• Working with the commercial team to forecast revenue and optimise performance.
• Diving into financial statements to support decision-making.
• Collaborating with teams across development, operations, commercial, and marketing to support key projects.
• Taking on ad hoc finance-related projects that help us push boundaries.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive as our Junior Business Analyst (FP&A), you’ll need:

• At least one - two years of experience in finance, business analysis, or a similar role.
• A love of numbers and an eye for detail.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• The ability to build relationships and communicate complex financial information in a clear, engaging way.
• A proactive, can-do attitude – we’re all about taking action.
• Experience in the hospitality industry or a similar fast-paced environment is a bonus!
