Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Bristol and surrounding areas – up to £38,000 + Door to Door Travel - Overtime available

A unique opportunity has arisen with a renowned FM service provider. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to maintain 4 sporting event spaces within Bristol and the surrounding regions. This role will focus on carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in Facilities Maintenance and a proven history in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary up to £38,000, along with overtime, continuous training, potential for career progression, and full door-to-door travel!

Hours of Work

Monday - Friday 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc.)
Emergency lighting tests
Control Panels
Changing Ballast
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Cold)
Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.

Requirements

Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3
City & Guilds - 18th Edition
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
Client Facing
