Clinical Manager
Location: Moseley, Birmingham
£39,000 per annum + Benefits
Hours: Days - 35 hour contract
Shifts: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm or 9.00am - 5.00pm
Time Healthcare are assisting an exceptional not-for-profit, charitable organisation in their search for a Clinical Manager to join this OUTSTANDING service in the heart of Birmingham; having been a successful charity operating since 1946.
The service has been recently inspected and awarded good in all areas with CQC; this is the perfect time to join their well-established, long-standing team as a Clinical Manager as they strive to continue to uphold clinical excellence, governance, and maintain high standards.
The service is 33 beds at maximum capacity and specialises in elderly frail nursing and non-challenging dementia care; the site boasts communal lounges, landscaped gardens, a pet farm, and an on-site bistro.
Responsibilities:
You will receive a lengthy induction process typically lasting 2 weeks of supervision and classroom-based training; the company offers fantastic career development opportunities and will pay for your NVQ 4 and 5 in management and tend to promote from within. Their training and development seminars are held at their local head office in Birmingham, and your manager will have CPD meetings with you on a regular basis ensuring you personally develop.
