About Us

Medicina Pharmacy is a leading online prescribing and pharmacy services provider, dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare solutions. We are expanding our services to support care homes and care agencies and are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to grow our network and establish Medicina Pharmacy as the preferred pharmacy partner for care providers across the UK.

The Role

1. Identify, approach, and onboard new care home and care agency partners.
2. Develop strong relationships with care home managers, care agency owners, and key decision-makers.
3. Promote Medicina Pharmacy's tailored pharmacy solutions, including medication management, compliance support, and clinical services.
4. Drive new business growth and achieve sales targets.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and excellent customer experience.
6. Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices in care home and domiciliary care pharmacy services.

What We’re Looking For

1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the pharmacy, healthcare, care home, or domiciliary care sector.
2. A strong network in the care home and care agency industry is highly desirable.
3. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
4. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
5. Strong knowledge of NHS and private pharmacy services for care providers.
6. Willingness to travel as required.
