LNWUH Diabetes Nursing Service is seeking an experienced diabetes specialist nurse to join the team which works across LNWH NHS Trust.
The Band 7 role based at Ealing Hospital requires an experienced, dynamic nurse with extensive diabetes knowledge and understanding. You will need to be flexible and forward thinking, able to work independently and as part of a small friendly and supportive team delivering specialist nursing care to a diverse caseload. There will be a strong focus on providing high standard inpatient care and using innovative virtual ward pathways to reduce hospital admission and length of stay.
The post holder will require excellent communication and clinical skills and have previous experience delivering high standard care for people living with diabetes. They will need a commitment to education to ensure the service remains current in developments in the management of people with diabetes.
