This role is a 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday

The Princess Grace Hospital is currently recruiting for a Diabetes Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Team!
As the Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will provide diabetic expertise across the Princess Grace Hospital, educating both patients and their families/carers and all clinical staff within HCA. You will work to provide advanced care to patients and be available to support nurses caring for diabetic patients, whilst also leading educational sessions and reviewing current policies alongside other members of the team. The Diabetes Clinical Nurse Specialist will be instrumental in training nurses on new, and evidence-based procedures linked to Diabetes. You will be part of the Pan London Diabetes team reporting to the Lead CNS for diabetes.
