Job Title: Sr. Technical Recruiter @ E-Solutions | IT Recruitment
Essential Background:
- Working with RDBMS PostgreSQL/Oracle for application development, DB placement, design tuning, DDL promotion, and upgrades.
- Ideally SQL Server in addition to one of the above.
Responsibilities:
- Design, construct, and oversee complex databases.
- Develop database solutions and analyze structural requirements.
- Experience in designing conceptual and logical data models.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to pick up new DB challenges.
- Demonstrable exposure to NoSQL technologies (Couchbase, Cassandra).
- Work in Agile environments (Jira, Rally, Kanban, Confluence).
- DevOps skills (GIT, Liquibase); Cloud exposure (Ansible, Terraform) is a bonus.
- Ability to think outside the box and not depend on runbooks.
- Team player.
- May be required to work outside normal working hours if needed.

This is not a Production Support DBA role.
