You as our leader
The Headteacher will work with the Mosaic Partnership Trust central team, the Academy Community Council (ACC) and the school senior leadership team and will provide integrity, vision, direction, and inclusive and inspiring leadership for the school and community. You will be responsible for the effective day to day leadership and management of the school to ensure it meets its and the Trust’s aims and culture. You will have overarching responsibility for evaluating the school’s performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring that equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging are at the centre of decision making.
