Section 2: The Opportunity - The What & How

Role: Holistic Health Practitioner & Founding Member of the Oceanheart Wellbeing Alliance (Part-Time, Remote)

We are seeking passionate and pioneering Holistic Health Practitioners to join us as foundational members of the Oceanheart Wellbeing Alliance. This is more than just a role; it's a chance to co-create a global network dedicated to navigating the future of mental and physical health in an AI-accelerated world.

Your Contribution Will Be Twofold:

Practice & Insight:

• Provide holistic life coaching, wellness coaching, and/or complementary therapies based on your qualifications and experience.
• Work directly with initial clients (where applicable) to develop personalised health plans and potentially conduct wellness workshops.
• Your direct experience is crucial for guiding the development of AI solutions that are ethical, effective, and truly meet client needs. Your learning becomes the network's learning.
• Act as an ambassador for Oceanheart.ai's mission and the Alliance.
• Help shape the Alliance network itself with your unique talents and insights.
• Collaborate on creating courses and training materials within your areas of expertise, leveraging AI to scale positive impact.
• Contribute to a data-driven, real-world "hive mind" focused on achieving tangible results – a bottom-up approach to evolving healthcare.

• Pioneering Spirit: Comfortable with the ambiguity and rapid iteration of an early-stage startup. A proactive, "fail fast" and learn mindset is essential.
• Collaborative Nature: Eager to share knowledge, learn from others, and contribute to a collective effort.
• Ethical Compass: Strong commitment to using technology responsibly and prioritising human well-being.
• Communication Skills: Ability to connect authentically with clients and colleagues. Comfortable explaining concepts (potentially technical ones after training) clearly.
• Location: Preferably residing somewhere on Planet Earth and able to work remotely.
