New Car Sales Executive

Automotive Retail Dealership

Location: Cardiff (CF11)

Salary: £25,500 pa, OTE £51,000 pa uncapped commission + car

Working Hours: 5.5-day week

Renault Cardiff seeks an experienced motor retail sales executive to join our busy dealership on The Penarth Road (CF11).

You will be joining a Sales Team that prides itself on providing excellent customer care. Our large, lively showroom features new cars from the popular Renault and Dacia ranges.

Your responsibilities will include selling add-ons such as finance, insurance, extended warranties, and service plans, all of which enhance your personal earnings. You will be welcomed by our friendly and highly-motivated team who currently sit high in national league tables for customer satisfaction score.

Strong public demand and reasonable stock availability have led to this exciting job vacancy where you will help us showcase and sell the latest models including hybrid versions of Clio and Captur, crossover hybrids Arkana & Austral, and the all-electric Renault 5. Savvy candidates may already be aware of other upcoming new Renault and Dacia models!

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in motor vehicle retail, preferably with a main dealer.
• Must hold a Full UK Driver’s license for company car insurance, test drives, and eligibility for the Company Car scheme.

Hours of Work:

You'll be working an average minimum of 45 hours per week, 5 days a week, with weekends included in your rota:

• 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday (9 hours per day)
• 8.30am - 5pm Saturdays (7.5 hours per day)
• 10am - 4pm Sundays (6 hours per day)

Compensation and Benefits:

In return, we offer a basic salary of £25,500 per annum, uncapped commission, with OTE of £51,000 pa and top performers earning circa £60,000 per annum.
