Your Mission:

As a Senior SEO Specialist, your role is clear: ensure our websites own the top spots on Google. You’ll be hands-on, analyzing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing winning strategies. You won’t just be another cog in the machine—you’ll be a key player in driving real results.

As our Senior SEO Specialist you will:

1. SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a data-driven SEO strategy that covers technical, content, and link-building aspects.
2. Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct in-depth audits, optimize site structure, improve crawlability, enhance Core Web Vitals, and implement schema markup.
3. Content Strategy & Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to provide strategic SEO support, including keyword research, metadata recommendations, and optimization guidance, ensuring every article is SEO-optimized and primed to rank.
4. Link Building & Authority Growth: Develop and oversee a high-quality link-building strategy to boost domain authority and ranking positions.
5. Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and interpret key SEO performance metrics daily, providing insightful reports on a weekly and monthly basis to drive continuous improvements.
6. Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors, and stay ahead of SEO trends to maintain a competitive edge.
7. Collaboration & Innovation: Work alongside a skilled team of SEOs, content writers, and developers to execute high-impact strategies.

Your profile should include:

• Fluent in Portuguese (reading, writing, speaking)
• Professional-level English for communication with international teams
• 4+ years of in-house SEO experience, ideally in competitive SERPs
• A proven track record of ranking and growing organic traffic
• Expertise in SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, log analysis, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for SEO analysis
• A results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
