SEN Teaching Assistant - Bletchley - Education and Training

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive school community. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities or experience as a care or support worker.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social Communication difficulties.
  2. Assisting in the implementation of tailored educational programs.
  3. Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  4. Working collaboratively with teachers and other staff to provide holistic support.
Requirements:
  1. Experience working with SEND children or young people.
  2. Background in care or support work is highly desirable.
  3. A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
  4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
