Are you an experienced and passionate SENCo looking for an exciting opportunity in a supportive mainstream secondary school? We are seeking a dedicated SENCo to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis, starting from Easter 2025.
As the SENCo, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing the school's SEND provision, ensuring that all students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) receive the tailored support they need to succeed. Working closely with staff, students, and parents, you will be responsible for coordinating interventions, liaising with external agencies, and ensuring compliance with EHCPs and SEND regulations.
