To support our continued growth we are looking for a Project Administrator to join our team. Your new role
As Project Administrator for the Trenchless Technology Water & Infrastructure division, you will be based in our Leicester office (LE194SA) and be part of the Operations Support team which ensures Ipsum’s purchase order processes are followed and costs are captured correctly as well as day to day dealings with suppliers.
As part of the Operations Support team, reporting to the Commercial Project Manager and working closely with the wider Operations team, you will be able to confidently manage a busy workload on your own initiative and will adopt a flexible approach to your working day.
Principal Accountabilities:
Further to this, you will be the link between the Operations Team and Fleet, liaising on POs, On/Off Hired vehicles, vehicle repair updates and time schedules, escalating chases where necessary and providing reports on Utilisation and Vehicles Off Road.
