OTS Group Limited is the UK’s leading manufacturer of diesel fuel storage tanks and fuel management systems. Having served the industry for over 50 years, we work directly with our clients to identify, analyse and deliver state of the art diesel storage products and services.

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, then you could be the proactive Service and Projects Administrator we are looking for to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our Service and Projects Department, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations - from preparing quotes and invoices to liaising with internal departments and subcontractors, maintaining key records, and ensuring jobs are fully supported from start to finish.

The successful candidate’s key responsibilities will include:

  1. Point of contact for department.
  2. Provide administrative support.
  3. Ensure all jobs are quoted, uploaded and invoiced in a timely manner.
  4. Provide various data analysis as required.
  5. Liaise with all departments within the business.
  6. Provide support to the Service and Projects Manager to ensure the efficient and effective running of the department.
  7. Ensure KPI targets for the department are met and improved upon.

What You’ll Bring:

  1. Proven administrative experience, ideally within a service or project-based environment.
  2. Strong organisational and communication skills.
  3. Comfortable handling data, analysing reports, and working across multiple software platforms.
  4. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently.
  5. Collaborative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum depending on experience

Contract Type: Permanent

  3. Working hours: 40hrs Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
