Hours: Monday to Friday Start time 7:15 AM

Milk Education is an eco-friendly supply agency providing quality TAs and support staff to schools across the UK. We are far from your typical education recruiter.
Our core business values are built around the importance of traditional values with a fresh approach to education recruitment. Since our establishment, we have experienced rapid organic growth across 9 locations, and we are currently expanding at our London branch!
You’ll begin your journey in a delivery role, where you'll play a crucial part in supporting a team of consultants within Secondary and SEND recruitment for the first 6-9 months. During this time, you'll focus on finding, qualifying, and placing the right candidates for vacancies. You'll be working to tight deadlines and aiming to meet your personal KPIs, with the opportunity to earn commission right away.
Based on your performance, you’ll have the chance to progress to a consultant role, where you’ll build your own recruitment desk, develop relationships, hit sales revenue targets, and follow our clear promotion path. In this role, you’ll be reaching out to schools, introducing our services, and building strong relationships. Having confidence in making phone calls and engaging in these conversations is key. But don’t worry—we provide all the training you need to succeed!
