Klättermusen is seeking a passionate and people-focused Store Manager for our amazing Store in London! The Store has gone from strength to strength since opening and we are now seeking a new Store Manager to join and support our continued growth!

As Store Manager, you’ll be more than a leader—you’ll be a true brand ambassador, inspiring both the team and customers.

We’re looking for a Store Manager who has:

• Leadership experience in customer-oriented retail and the ability to build a motivated, high-performing team
• A true commitment to exceptional customer service, creating experiences that leave a lasting impression
• Deep product knowledge and a love for the outdoors, empowering you to drive sales with authenticity
• A relentless drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ownership of store performance, with a passion for continual improvement
• The ability to engage the local community and promote the brand through impactful events and promotions
• A talent for recruiting, training, and retaining top-tier team members
• A strong sense of responsibility for your team's well-being and maintaining a safe, supportive work environment
• Experience in the retail industry, preferably outdoor, ski, sports and/or fashion
• Passion and the thrive to learn new things. A real out-of-the-box thinker.
