We are looking for Receptionists to join our Rapport Network Team.
This role is for an energetic and adaptable individual who is passionate about customer service and relishes working with various teams.
Our Network Team is at the heart of our business, responsible for supporting all positions across the Rapport portfolio (100+ buildings). The Network team are our heroes, our much-valued front-line support for operational absences such as annual holidays, training days, sickness, and temporary vacancies.
This position is perfect for those professional receptionists looking for variety and challenges in their daily work. In this role, you will have a wide range of exposure to different operations and teams. This is for those who can think on their feet. You will be provided with training on systems and procedures before being placed at a particular site.
The successful applicant will be working across London’s West-end, City, Canary Wharf and occasionally in the Greater London area. We need people who are flexible and are happy to work in different locations across London and within the M25.
The size and scope of this position means that it is a challenging role; however, you could be part of an exciting, inclusive, and forward-thinking business and get the chance to work with our fantastic teams.
Working hours are typically 8 hours per day, 40-hours per week, Monday to Friday, on rotating team shifts, usually between 7 AM and 8 PM. Our teams do not work weekends or Bank Holidays.
