I am working with a creative software agency in Bristol who are looking for a Support Engineer to join their team.
You will be working in a team of 3 within the support function.
This is a multifaceted role that will involve offering support to Clients which includes support relating to websites, CRM Systems, Cloud, and Infrastructure.
The company offers access to a wide range of certifications, skills, and training so you do not need to have all of the skills included in this post. You will learn and develop professionally within the role.
If you have experience with some of the following, your application will be considered:
You should be someone who is passionate about technology and wants to work in a busy, fast-paced organisation.
The products that they produce are complex and require innovative solutions in order to meet client expectations.
You will be responsible for all service desk enquiries, speaking with clients, advising on issues, route case analysis, making data-led decisions, and improving service efficiency on an ongoing basis.
