Telesales Executive

Leeds

£27,000 - £28,000 per annum (DOE) plus commission

08:30 - 17:00 - Monday to Friday (occasional flexibility / hybrid)

Job Role:

Our client is seeking enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join their dynamic sales team. This role focuses on introducing our security monitoring solutions to companies across the UK, helping them protect their valuable assets and maintain site security.

Duties:
  1. Conduct outbound calls to decision-makers to introduce our security solutions
  2. Qualify prospects and identify key decision-makers within target organizations
  3. Schedule demonstrations and consultations with our technical team
  4. Maintain accurate records of all communications in our CRM system
  5. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  6. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
  7. Provide regular activity reports and sales forecasts
  8. Collaborate with the technical team to understand product capabilities and benefits

Qualifications:

Required:
  1. 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite
  4. Ability to learn and retain technical product information
  5. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed

Desired Experience:
  1. Familiarity with construction industry terminology and processes
  2. Experience with CRM systems
  3. Understanding of CCTV and security systems

  1. Excellent telephone manner and verbal communication
