This is an exciting opportunity to join the Mosaic Partnership Trust in a brand new role that is being supported by the Diocese of Bristol.

We are looking to recruit a Trust Chaplain who will provide spiritual and pastoral support to our twelve schools and be committed to our founding principles of integrity, innovation, partnership alongside the principles we are grounded in which are those of equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging. You will be there for all staff, children, families, Academy Community Councillors and the communities which the Trust serves, regardless of the faith or belief of those groups and individuals. You will have a particular focus on our most disadvantaged communities and supporting school and community links.

Trust chaplaincy is a rapidly growing ministry across the UK and this is a unique opportunity to join what is a forward thinking Trust. We believe that chaplaincy can enrich and transform the life of our schools and communities.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity of working with our schools, with support from the Diocese of Bristol Chaplaincy Adviser and the Chief Executive Officer. They will also work with a range of staff that contribute so much to the life of our Trust. All those new to role will have access to mentoring and coaching support and we are committed to your professional growth; you are the future of the Trust.
