This role does not come about that often and is a great chance to join a supportive and team focused organisation. You would be replacing someone who has enjoyed working in this role for a number of years but has decided to now retire and you would be working alongside encouraging and enthusiastic colleagues.
The afternoon shift would start at 12pm but you would have 1 hour handover with the morning shift before you then cover the reception alone. The reception area is very busy with tenants coming to work, visitors reporting in and communal activities taking place such as coffee mornings.
This is a very people facing role and so needs someone who is happy to meet and greet everyone, go out into the building and speak to tenants and see how they are and if they need anything, organise coffee mornings and ensure that everyone feels welcome.
There will be a level of administration so you must be computer literate and be able to input data onto internal systems. You will be trained on these systems as part of your induction.
