Senior Recruitment Coordinator | Specialising in Architecture and Interior Design

My client, a leading architecture and design practice in London, is seeking a proactive Practice Manager to join their friendly and collaborative team. This part-time role (three days per week) offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of the studio, supporting financial processes, HR, and general administration. Full-time applicants will also be considered.

The company is passionate about creating sustainable and people-focused spaces, working on projects that range from large regenerative masterplans to bespoke homes. They value connection to landscape, heritage, and community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial processes, including expense reconciliation, payments, invoicing, and VAT returns using Xero.
  • Support payroll and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Oversee staff records, contracts, and HR policies.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate training and track timesheets.
  • Manage office supplies, travel, and external supplier relationships.
  • Handle phone enquiries and welcome visitors.
  • Oversee practice insurances, memberships, and accreditations.
  • Support office events and activities.
Skills Required
  • Minimum two years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a creative industry.
  • Proficiency in Xero.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
