A forward-thinking company is seeking an HR Business Process Analyst Contractor to enhance HR systems through process mapping and analysis. In this role, you will work closely with the People Team to identify opportunities for efficiency and automation, ensuring that employee experience is prioritized in process design. Your expertise in project management and analytical skills will be vital as you develop documentation and lead workshops aimed at improving workflows. Location: London / Hybrid
Day Rate: £300 per day
We are looking for someone on a temporary basis to work on a business change project for our HR system. Working closely with our People Team to map, analyse and improve our people processes and workflows. The aim is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency, identify opportunities to automate as well as improving the employee experience.
