Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operational Support Manager to join the Locality Therapy and Nursing Services Pathway. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to support both non-clinical and clinical workforces, ensuring the delivery of a caring, efficient, safe, and effective service.
Job Purpose: As the Operational Support Manager, you will support the community nursing and therapy teams, based across Oxfordshire, to deliver a high quality and effective service. This will involve leadership and management of non-clinical staff across the county, developing and embedding county wide processes. The role will involve operational support to clinical services such as supporting the delivery of KPIs, maintaining rosters and oversight of office environment and stock control.
In addition, the post holder will lead on county-wide initiatives including promoting patient engagement, service developments and QI projects. The post holder will travel regularly to trust sites across the county.
