You will inspire your team to embrace operational standards and foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement. With a focus on people development, you will help nurture the next generation of leaders. The company offers a vibrant work environment, numerous opportunities for career growth, and an attractive benefits package that includes generous discounts and holiday perks. H beauty is no normal beauty hall, with a champagne bar, blow dry bar, interactive playtables to try on the latest products, a Harrods gift shop, and a big pink bear for your Instagram pictures; we are focused on the experience our customers have when they walk through our doors.
About the Role
As an exceptional leader, you will be responsible for building an exceptional team. You will work to achieve and deliver our Business vision of the “Art of the Possible” in the beauty world. You’ll inspire your team to take pride in operational processes including visual standard and back of house.
Being a relationship led leader, you will be a great spotter of talent, bringing in the right people to deliver the best service to our customers and beyond, with a passion for people development to bring new talent through to be the managers of tomorrow. You will also collaborate with your Sales Manager and other business functions to coordinate and manage exciting projects.
In return, you’ll enjoy a package that includes 22 days’ holiday, your birthday off, double time on Bank Holidays, up to 33% Harrods discount (including our restaurants), plus joining our pension scheme.
About You
You will have a strong retail management background (beauty industry experience is desirable but not essential) and a proven track record of leading large teams. You will be a relationship led leader, ensuring all colleagues feel valued, included, and help your team to be their best. Communication doesn’t stop with your team, and you will actively seek constructive feedback for continuous improvement from your business stakeholders.
