Job description

Job Title: Quality Inspector
Location: Devizes
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £34-36K + Overtime + Benefits

About the Company:
We are representing a well-established manufacturing business specializing in precision-engineered components for the aerospace, automotive, and power generation industries. Role Overview:

The main function of the role is to ensure that all the company's finished products meet the customers' requirements and comply with the requirements of the company's QMS system.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product verification, inspection, and testing at receipt, in-process, and final stages of manufacture.
  2. Verification of tooling and fixturing.
  3. Verification of all required documentation supporting the manufacture of products.
  4. Programming and use of CMMs (with appropriate training).
  5. Programming and use of CNC part marking machines (with appropriate training).
  6. Perform audits with manufacturing staff.
Skills/Experience Required:

Experience in an engineering inspection environment is advantageous but not essential.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and address quality issues.
Familiarity with technical drawings, specifications, and inspection equipment (training provided as needed).
