My client is a main car dealership who is looking to recruit an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their busy and thriving site.
- Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
- Follow a sales process while providing excellent customer service and building long-term rapport with customers.
- Maintain a friendly but professional approach with first-class people skills.
- Be proactive, driven, and highly motivated to succeed.
- Demonstrate success in your current position in respect to sales KPIs (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings, etc.).
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a car sales executive role within the motor industry.
- Ability to follow a structured sales process while building a strong rapport with each customer.
- Determined to succeed and prepared to drive performance on a daily basis.
- A valid UK driving licence.
