Legal Secretary (Litigation/Employment) - Newcastle - Permanent (Full-Time)


Are you a proactive and organised secretarial professional looking to make a difference in the legal world? My client, a forward-thinking law firm, is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their legal team on a permanent basis, based in Newcastle upon Tyne.


Your Role:

As a Legal Secretary specialising in Litigation and Employment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal team.


Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to solicitors.
  2. Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence.
  3. Managing case files and maintaining accurate records.
  4. Scheduling meetings and liaising with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
  5. Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information.
  6. Assisting with billing and invoicing processes.

What We're Looking For:
