Job description

This is a first class opportunity for a proven PR Account Director to join an amazing business and team. Leading a number of client relationships, you will also head up a small team, leading from the front in terms of client strategy & growth, pitch work, team mentoring and industry leading PR & Comms.

This PR Account Director role sits within a wider integrated Agency offering and the business has built a strong reputation for creative output and their paid media channel capabilities.

The Role:

• Own the PR area of the business, team, clients and financial planning.
• Lead the client pitch and BD agenda.
• Own the senior client relationships and allocate team resources accordingly.
• Work with the wider leadership team on cross-team client development.
• Budget management for the business and clients.
• Team mentor, lead from the front and train, recruit and develop the team.

What’s needed:

• Engaging personality with a natural style with clients.
• Proven experience at PR Account Director level.
• Consumer and B2B experience ideally.
• Great team management skills, with experience to date.
• Organised, creative and strong attention to detail.
• Commercial in your approach, with the ability to spot an opportunity.
• New business experience with a story to tell of influencing strategy.
