Job Description
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the organisation, working closely with the Principal and Vice Principal. In this dynamic role, you will also oversee a senior administrator who will report to you. Your responsibilities will include diary management, minute taking, and providing essential administrative support to the school's leadership team.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Personal Assistant should have proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational context, with strong organisational, time-management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. They must possess excellent communication skills, adaptability to work independently or within a team, and an advantage would be prior experience in team management or supervision.
